4 County Crisis Response Team - Provides Mental Health Crisis Services for Benton, Sherburne, Stearns and Wright Counties

The Crisis Response Team (CRT) is a group of counselors who provide support and assistance to children and adults experiencing a mental health crisis. Call-in services include a crisis hotline, information and referrals, and a link to resources and support. If needed the CRT will travel to your home or a community location to de-escalate the situation and help the individual in crisis cope with immediate stressors.
If further intervention or de-escalation is needed, Overnight Crisis Care and Stabilization is available for youth ages 5-17, and the Residential Adult Stabilization program provides a safe place for adults to stay. Learn more (PDF). Brochure (PDF).
Anna Marie's Alliance - The goal of Anna Marie's Alliance is to provide women and their children experiencing domestic abuse with a safe place to stay and resources to eliminate/escape domestic abuse. An additional goal of the organization is to create a community where violence is not tolerated and every home and community institution is a safe environment.

Big Brothers/Big Sisters - Big Brothers Big Sisters makes meaningful, monitored matches between adult volunteers (“Bigs”) and children (“Littles”), ages 5 through 14 (once matched the match can continue until the child turns 18), in communities across a five county service area: Stearns, Benton, Sherburne, Morrison, and the northern tier of Wright County. We develop positive relationships that have a direct and lasting effect on the lives of young people.

St. Cloud Hospital: Clara's House - Clara's House provides all-day intensive outpatient services during school hours Monday through Friday, as well as evening programming until 7 p.m. for Recovery Plus Chemical Dependency Services. Clara's House offers comprehensive, short-term treatment of acute psychiatric conditions for children and adolescents ages 5 to 18 with multiple professional disciplines including psychiatry, social work, nursing, psychology, occupational therapy, recreational therapy and art therapy. They furnish three levels of care for chemical dependency, depending on the adolescent’s needs, which include group therapy, recreational therapy, chemical education, family therapy and drug screens and provides teachers from School District 742 to work with patients to regain and maintain academic progress.
